Hi, I am Jason Willis - Award Winning Master Butcher. I trained at Smithfield Meat College where I gained the qualifications to become a Butcher.

Since becoming a Butcher, I have now gone on to reach the status of Master Butcher. I first got the passion for Butchery as a Saturday lad working in a private Butchers. I left school and decided I wanted to become a Butcher. My Apprentiship was initially 3 years but I chose to further my career with an additonal two years part time college work.

Throughout my career I have been privileged to work with many well respected Butchers including the legendary Dewhurst where I worked through the ranks to be Manager with the largest shop in the district.

I established Millstream Butchers on 19th August 2007. We are a small family and catering butchers with a passion to serve our customers with quality, assurance and value for money with fine produce. Over the past year we have steadily grown with the welcome addition of some highly skilled new staff.

Our Customer base is local and far afield ranging from customers that walk into the shop for the every day purchase, those that are personal recommendations with specific requirements and those that are searching for somthing a little different for that special occassion.
